By accessing or using the Platform or booking services you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: travelbindass.in and related apps, tools, booking interfaces.
  • Services: tours, holiday packages, corporate events, vehicle rentals (self-drive), excursions, wildlife/adventure experiences and related travel services.
  • User / Customer: any individual or entity using the Platform or booking Services.

2. Acceptance and Scope

Use of the Platform or booking Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms and all referenced policies (Payment Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy). We may update Terms at any time; revised Terms take effect when posted on the Platform.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to book with us (minimum age 18, or local legal majority). If creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain account confidentiality.

4. Bookings and Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed only when (a) the required advance payment is received, and (b) we send a written confirmation. Any quoted itinerary, price, or schedule is subject to availability and third-party confirmation.

5. Third-Party Suppliers

We use hotels, transport operators, guides and third-party vendors. We act as agent/contractor for such suppliers where stated; we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or failures. Your contract for such services is with the named supplier (unless stated otherwise).

6. Prices and Taxes

Quoted prices include those elements stated in the itinerary. Prices may exclude taxes, local fees, entry permits, or other charges which you must pay unless explicitly included.

7. Customer Obligations

You must: (a) carry valid ID and travel documents; (b) comply with local laws and supplier rules; (c) disclose any medical limitations affecting participation; (d) comply with reasonable safety instructions from staff or local providers.

8. Vehicle Rental Specifics

For self-drive rentals you must present a valid driving license and follow local traffic laws. The renter is responsible for fines, traffic violations, damage and theft during the rental period. Fuel, tolls and parking fees are not included unless specifically stated.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for personal injury, property loss, delays, or other damages caused by third parties, weather, acts of God, government actions, or other events beyond our control. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligent actions.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disaster, pandemic, strikes, government action). In such events we will provide available support and options (reschedule / refund per policy).

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, itineraries) is our property or used under license. You may use content only for personal, non-commercial purposes; reproduction or distribution is prohibited without written permission.

12. Termination

13. Governing Law and Disputes
