Day 2 – Sela Pass & Sela Lake Excursion
After breakfast, set out early for the highlight of your trip — Sela Pass. The drive itself is a visual delight, with winding mountain roads and panoramic views of the Eastern Himalayas. As you reach the top, the surreal Sela Lake unfolds before you — calm, frozen for much of the year, and reflecting the mighty peaks above. Spend some peaceful moments by the lake, capturing the grandeur of nature.
On your way back, stop by the Jaswant Garh War Memorial, built in honor of a brave soldier from the Indo-China war. Return to your stay by evening and enjoy a hot cup of tea while soaking in the quiet charm of the mountains.
